Apoka Safari lodge is located in northern Uganda in Kidepo valley National Park which is Uganda’s best national park. And this is also Uganda’s most remote park far away from the city. Apoka Safari Lodge is an upscale accommodation with comfortable rooms with everything in them handmade by craftsmen.
The lodge has 10 rooms with endless views across the savannah, sitting rooms and private verandas. Big hand-hewn beds with soft duvets are draped with mosquito nets, hand-woven woolen carpets, extra large plush towels, over-sized dressing gowns…you may be as far away from the city as you’ll ever be, but you won’t miss a thing. The lodge also has a swimming pool from where you can cool yourself after a long day searching for wild life.
Nga’Moru Wilderness Camp is situated next to Kidepo Valley National park. The lodge overlooks the Narus lift valley making it an ideal place to relax and watch a variety of wild animals many which cannot be found anywhere else in Uganda.
The lodge has excellent bandas each with a good view of the Narus lift valley. The lodge also has excellent food, hospitable and many more. Animals sighted from the camp include; waterbucks, giraffes, buffaloes, warthogs, birds, oribis, elephants lions, zebras and many more.
