This tour will take you to Murchison falls National Park, Kibale forest National Park, Queen Elizabeth National park, Bwindi National Park, Lake Mburo National park and the Ssese islands.

Upon arrival at the airport, our company driver will pick from the airport and transfer you to the hotel in Kampala for your first overnight stay.

Depending on the time of arrival, you may choose to do a city tour where you can visit the museum, craft shops, and this is payable by the client.

After an early morning breakfast, you will depart Kampala for Murchison falls National Park in North Western Uganda a journey that will take 5-6 hours. Enroute you will visit Ziwa rhino sanctuary in Nakasongola and here you will do a nature safari in search for the white Rhinos. After you will have lunch from Masindi town from where you will proceed to Murchison falls National Park.

You will have a visit to the top of the falls which is the world’s strongest waterfalls. Feel the ground shake and vibrate under your feet- an amazing experience. Take pictures as the Nile squeezes in a 7 meter gorge forming a thunderous roar of the falls.

Wake up very early in the morning and have breakfast. After you will go on an early morning game drive to catch up with the wild animals while on their way to hunt for what to eat. This game drive will give you an insight of various animals which include herds of elephants, schools of buffaloes, cobs, bush bucks, hyenas, waterbucks, and giraffes.

After lunch, you will have an afternoon boat cruise along the Nile to the bottom of Murchison falls. This 3 hours boat cruise will also give you an opportunity to view aquatic animals like bathing hippos, crocodiles, antelopes and a variety of bird species. This will be one of the highlights of your safari.

After breakfast, depart Murchison falls National Park for Kibale National park which is the primate capital of the world. This is home to 13 primates including our distant cousins the chimpanzees.

After breakfast, you will head to the information centre at 8:00AM  and after you will start your journey in the Kibale forest to trek for our distant cousins the chimpanzees a walk that will also give you a chance to see other primates like monkeys, baboons , a variety of birds, butterflies and many plants.

After you will have lunch and in the late afternoon you will have bird watching in the Bigodi wetland a home to a variety of bird species and monkeys.

DAY 6         

After breakfast, depart Kibale forest National Park for Queen Elizabeth National park the most famous park in Uganda arriving just in time for lunch. After lunch, have a unique boat cruise along the Kazinga channel which joins Lake Edward and Lake George. While on the boat cruise, expect to see hippos, crocodiles, birds elephants wondering on the shores and many more.

This boat cruise is an excellent platform for photography.

After breakfast, depart for a morning game drive in the Northern part of the park on the Kasenyi track. This is the best time to see a variety of animals in the park as many of them can be going to hunt for the day’s meal. Animals to be viewed include lions, leopards, and giant forest hog, cape buffaloes, elephants, Defenssa, Water bucks, Uganda cob, bush bucks, topis and many more. You will also visit the Ishasha sector to search for the tree climbing lions.

After, you will have the whole afternoon at leisure.

After breakfast depart Queen Elizabeth National Park for Bwin

di Impenetrable national park. This park is a biodiversity, mountainous area found in South West Uganda. Its home to many of the worlds mountain gorillas who feed on roots leaves and fruits in this parks many trees and fern species.

This is also the Uganda’s national park where you can find the two big Apes ie the Mountain Gorillas and the chimpanzees.

The journey will take you around 5 to 6 hours.

Wake up early in the Morning and at 7:45AM, you will be at the information centre for a brief briefing and at around 8:30AM, start the trekking for Mountain Gorillas. The walking can take you 1-9 hours depending on where you find the gorillas. Have a full hour with the Mountain gorillas while they feed, play, associate with their young ones which is un forgettable experience. In the evening you will depart Bwindi for Mgahinga national park.

Day 10

After breakfast, At 6:00 AM, head to the home of the Batwa in Mgahinga national park . This is an indigenous remote tribe in Uganda known as the forest people. The batwa trail runs across the slopes of the Muhavura and Gahinga volocanoes in Mgahinga gorilla national park. The forest is home to a variety of wild life but the Batwa trail is far from being convectional nature walk. With the help of the Batwa guides, you will see the forest as a larder, pharmacy, builders yard, tool kit and above all a home. Along the trail you will fire a bow and arrow, check hives for wild honey, help repair batwa shelters, harvest plants for medicine and food, light fire without matches and listens to legends and learn about Batwa traditions. The highlight of the trail is a descent in the garama cave.

Early morning after breakfast, depart Mgahinga national park for Lake mburo national park. This journey will take you 6-7 hours arriving just in time for lunch.

After lunch, you will go for a boat cruise along Lake Mburo. Here you will see different aquatic wild life and birds which include crocodiles with a variety of hippos.

DAY 12

Wake up early in the morning for a morning game drive in this park. While on the safari, expect to see groups of Zebras, giraffes, Eland which is the biggest antelope, Uganda cobs, topis Duikers and many more. After your early lunch, you will depart Lake Mburo national park for Bukakata landing site in Masaka for your ferry transfer to Ssese islands.

Have the whole the on the shores of Lake Victoria on the ssese islands, you will have a boat cruise to other islands.

Gorilla trekking permits are recommended to be booked early enough like 3 months in advance so as to ensure availability.

This is because they are on a high demand and each family of the gorillas is permitted to be visited by a maximum of 8 people per day.
